Rice: "You've probably got lots of customers and they’re standing in line and you’ve got a waiting list for new orders and you really wouldn’t be interested in generating more referrals from current customers to other people?"

Rice: "Well that’s one of the other things our customers were complaining about is they are really pretty good operationally, they do a fantastic job getting the oil changes done but they’re really not very good marketers and they cant figure out how to get Susie’s friend Nancy to come in here and change her oil and yet Susie has been telling her that every time she comes here I tell Nancy you really ought to come in her ‘cause you got a really nice place and do a really great job and I’m in and out in 10 minutes and i don’t know why she’s never come."

Owner: "Well whatever you’ve got that help me drive more traffic and new faces in my location I want to see."

Rice: "Well that’s another one of those things we developed because what we’re finding is that our customers want to stay in their core business and concentrate on that and they need these support services and most of them quite frankly really arent all that comfortable bringing their processes in line with the current available technology so typically even those that have systems and processes,  they’re not using the state-of-the-art methodologies so we find that there’s usually an easier, quicker and much faster way and significantly more efficient way that some of these things can be done."

Rice: "Sometimes we even bring them ideas that they’ve never heard of that work, too."
